Simona Gaito, Consultant in Clinical Oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I am deeply honoured to be appointed as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in cancer sciences at The University of Manchester. This recognition allows me to further my research endeavour in the place where I took my first steps in Academia, while establishing myself as a Consultant in Clinical Oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.

I am profoundly grateful for the acknowledgment and consider it a privilege to work with such remarkable colleagues across two outstanding Trusts, providing care in emotionally-challenging environments while striving to contribute to cancer research.”
