I am honored to share that I have accepted the position of Director of Scientific Discovery and Precision Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, the largest hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex (population 8.3+ million), in addition to continuing in my role as Chief of Oncology.
In this capacity, I will help to lead strategic initiatives to advance translational research and precision medicine, fostering integration between scientific discovery and clinical practice.
A key focus will be developing multidisciplinary collaborations that leverage data science, genomics and emerging AI strategies to accelerate the development of personalized diagnostics and therapeutics to improve health outcomes across all branches of medicine and surgery.
