“Welcome Laurie Sicaeros, to City of Hope as President of City of Hope Arizona.
Laurie brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership to this role, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for MemorialCare. During her tenure there, she led systemwide strategic planning, business development, and growth across four hospitals, a broad value-based ambulatory network, and over 3,000 physician partners – scaling their ambulatory footprint from 10 sites of care to more than 200 across Southern California.
In her new role, Laurie will partner closely with the team at TGen to advance a coordinated, research-integrated approach that will help shape our broader Arizona strategy. Her primary focus will be expanding access to specialized cancer care and working alongside TGen to facilitate our shared mission of bringing innovative clinical tests and technologies directly to our patients.
