“I am incredibly honored and excited to begin a new chapter as Country President of AstraZeneca Brazil.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with outstanding leaders, colleagues and teams who have challenged me, supported me and helped me grow both professionally and personally.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Iskra Reic, Alexandre Gibim and Andrea Kondras (née Mugan) for their trust and guidance. Their leadership, support and belief in people have played an important role in preparing me for this new opportunity.
Today, I arrive in Brazil with great enthusiasm, humility and a genuine desire to learn. Brazil is a truly remarkable country, rich in diversity, energy, talent and vibrant culture. In just a short time, I have already experienced the passion, warmth and ambition that make this country so special.
What excites me most is the opportunity to work alongside the incredible AstraZeneca Brazil team and our many partners across the healthcare ecosystem to help improve outcomes for patients and expand access to innovative medicines. Behind every treatment, every innovation and every decision are people whose lives we have the privilege to impact.
As I start this journey, I do so with a learning mindset, a deep sense of responsibility and tremendous optimism for what we can achieve together.
