Claire Wakefield, Director of Research at the Division of Quality of Life and Pediatric Palliative Care at Stanford University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I have some news! I’m thrilled to share that I’ve started a new role as Director of Research at Stanford University, Division of Quality of Life and Pediatric Palliative Care, and as Director of the QoLA Lab – leading research to improve Quality of Life for all children with serious illness and their families.
Thank you so much for the heartfelt Aussie farewells from the brilliant BSU at UNSW and from my Minderoo and Brain Cancer Australia friends, and for the warmest welcome ever from the inspiring QoLA crew in California, led by the amazing Justin Baker. I am so grateful to be surrounded by such passionate people on both sides of the planet!
This move is a professional dream, a global mission, and a huge adventure for my whole family!”
