“Amgen today announced the appointment of David Gibbs to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
He will serve on the Board’s Audit Committee and Compensation and Management Development Committee.
Gibbs recently retired as president and CEO of Yum!
Brands, where he led the company’s digital transformation and expanded its global footprint.
He also brings board experience with Under Armour and PepsiCo.
