“As the Professional Development Chair, I will serve on the GME Diversity Committee, supported through the Office of Diversity in Medical Education at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Joining an amazing group of residents and fellows, we will work on advancing our mission to support the recruitment, inclusion, and retention of diverse GME trainees as future leaders in medicine.
My responsibilities include collaborating with ODME and the Office of Faculty Development and Diversity (OFDD) to plan events and programming on various professional development topics (ex, job negotiation, careers in academic medicine, fireside chat series with UIM faculty at Stanford University.”
