Shivan Sivakumar: I am celebrating being at University of Birmingham for a year
Shivan Sivakumar, Associate Professor in oncology at the University of Birmingham, shared on X:
“This week I am celebrating being at Birmingham for a year! Amazing progress as we have launched two trials first in Europe!
My main aim for the 2nd year is to get patients with pancreas and biliary cancer from their CT to first cycle of treatment having a pathway of 6 weeks!”
He quoted his post from 1 year ago:
“Delighted to be starting as an associate professor today at University of Birmingham and honorary consultant in HPB medical oncology at UHB Cancer Services.
Continuing to build an exciting translational programme in pancreatic cancer and translational immuno-oncology.”
