“I am delighted to share an update on my journey as Head of the Thoracic Surgery Department, a role I have had the privilege of holding for the past four months. This period has been filled with growth, challenges, and remarkable achievements, and I am excited to reflect on our progress and share our vision for the future.
Since assuming leadership of the Thoracic Surgery Department, our team has been dedicated to advancing the field through innovation and patient-centered care. Together, we have focused on enhancing surgical outcomes and quality of life for our patients, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and evidence-based practices.
Collaboration continues to be a cornerstone of our approach. By fostering strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across disciplines, we have developed comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
