“Rewarding experience at WCLC 2025, IASLC Reviewer Workshop
Joining a truly engaging and collaborative session supported by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC), focused on one of the most important aspects of academic life – peer review.
In a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, we explored:
- The technical side of publishing and editorial processes.
- Evaluating manuscripts with a critical eye and understanding their true impact
- Making decisions aligned with journal standards and impact.
Sessions like this are essential for ensuring scientific rigor, maintaining publication ethics, and building a global network of capable reviewers committed to research excellence.
