Wafik El-Deiry: ONC201 has been Shrinking Aggressive Brain Tumors in Clinical Trials

Wafik El-Deiry, Associate Dean for Oncologic Sciences at the Warren Alpert Medical School and Director of the Legorreta Cancer Center at Brown University, posted on X:

“Sharing our 2018 paper on Natural Killer cell stimulation in The JCI. Dose intensification of TRAIL-inducing ONC201 inhibits metastasis and promotes intratumoral NK cell recruitment.

ONC201 has been shrinking aggressive brain tumors in clinical trials and hopefully will be approved by FDA.”
