“Thrilled to be here at the 50th Oncology Nursing Society Congress.
Typically oncology conferences are hyper-focused on the latest therapeutics and tend to minimize the side effect profiles and quality-of-life impacts of cancer treatments.
Oncology nurses are different.
They see us, they hear us, and they understand that individuals with a diagnosis or history of cancer can be both grateful to be alive AND eager for efforts to Make Cancer Less Shitty by improving access to personalized care plans and quality supportive care.
