Sally Wolf: 7 years with Stage IV cancer
Sally Wolf, CEO and Founder of LightWorks, shared a post on X:
“Today marks 7 years with Stage IV cancer.
I wish I’d known then what I know now:
- How I’d not only be surviving but thriving.
- How alongside the losses would be true gifts.
- How cancer would help shape but not define me.
Along with a few other lessons in the video. I’ve been incredibly fortunate in so many ways. And I’m committed to elevating the metastatic breast cancer community because way many loved ones are still dying. And even thrivers like me are not cured.
But today, more than anything, I celebrate. No doubt my self from 7 years ago is grateful. And she’d also be proud of how far we’ve come. And, looking forward, how much more we have to do. Thank you for all of you who continue to cheer me on. Wishing us all only good health going forward.
