Razelle Kurzrock: Lessons learned from a decade of immune checkpoint inhibition
Razelle Kurzrock, Founding Director at Michels Rare Cancers Research Laboratories, shared a paper she and her colleagues authored on X:
“Immune checkpoint inhibitors amongst best drugs ever. Nobel Prize. End-stage cancers can be cured. But they can also cause dramatically accelerated progression pace (hyperprogression) especially in presence of EGFR alterations or MDM2 amplification.”
