End HPV Vaccine Hesitancy project by PINK Africa Foundation
PINK Africa Foundation shared a post on Facebook:
“The amount of pushbacks due to myths, misconceptions, and misinformation we encountered during our first project, End Cervical Cancer, with sponsorship from the Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation, was absolutely eye-opening.
Those pushbacks birth our second project, still sponsored by ACT Foundation – End HPV Vaccine Hesitancy project.
The idea is to debunk misconceptions, bust myths, and change the story around HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening.
- Cervical cancer is a vaccine preventable disease.
- The vaccine does not cause infertility or death.
- The vaccine does not make young girls promiscuous.
Get Informed!
Get Screened!!
Get Vaccinated!!!
No woman should die from cervical cancer any longer.”
