Nikki Audia Shares Graduation Season Message with the Oncology Community
Nikki Audia, Cancer Awareness Advocate, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“To everyone in this incredible community—
Doctors, vendors, advocates, donors, and families—This season, so many of us are watching our loved ones walk across stages—from kindergarten graduations to college commencements.
And in these moments, we’re reminded of something simple but profound:
Life is precious. We spend our days fighting for others—saving lives, building programs, advocating, funding, supporting…
But don’t forget to be fully present for the people in your own world.Take the photo.
Say ‘I’m proud of you.’
Step away from the inbox.
Show up—heart and all.No title, meeting, or task is more important than being there.
Because the people who matter most? They just want you.So pause.
Celebrate.
Help a friend.
Hold space for joy, reflection, and connection. This isn’t just graduation season.
It’s a reminder to slow down and love hard.Let this be your sign.
Tag someone you’re proud of today. Or simply reach out and remind them how much they matter.”
