Michael Sapienza: The Deep and Lasting Impacts Colorectal Cancer has on Patients and Survivors
Michael Sapienza, Chief Executive Officer of the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The Colorectal Cancer Alliance will present a poster at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting this Saturday, May 31, from 9 AM to 12 PM CT.
The poster session will highlight insights from our unmet needs survey which shows the deep and lasting impacts colorectal cancer has on patients and survivors. The findings underscore what we hear every day: people need better treatments and they need understanding, resources, and support that see the whole person.
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance provides support services for patients and advocates for better care, so that no one faces colorectal cancer alone.
