“Nigeria Pediatric Oncology Landscape is changing!
This is a humbling and deeply gratifying moment that we are truly grateful for.
Together, we have shown that collective action has the power to move mountains.
This is just the beginning of great responsibility to build a future where no child is left behind in the fight against cancer in Nigeria.”

“A Proud Moment for Nigeria!
Nigeria is now part of World Health Organization Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer (GICC) countries!
This is a transformative step toward advancing childhood cancer care in Nigeria and offering hope to thousands of children and their families.
TDCF is humbled and honored to have played a pivotal role in this journey. Our mission has always been clear: ensuring that every child has a fighting chance to overcome cancer.
This achievement is a testament to the power of collaboration and the unwavering commitment of individuals working tirelessly toward this goal.
Special kudos to the incredible team led by Uchechukwu Emmanuel Nwokwu, Head National Cancer Control and Nuclear Medicine, Federal Minsitry of Health, the dedicated physicians, Adedayo Joseph, Adeseye Akinsete, advocates and policy drivers Korede Akindele, Paulette Ibeka, Aisha Ndanusa whose relentless efforts made this possible.
Together, we have proven that collective action can move mountains.
But this is just the beginning of great responsibility to build a future where no child is left behind in the fight against cancer Nigeria.”
