“We just started meetings of the Board Of Directors of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) 2024-2026. In this image, with our President, Ulrika Årehed Kågström from Sweden and our President-elect, Zainab Shinkafi-Bagudu from Nigeria. I feel honored to be part of this Executive Committee along with them, in my new position as Treasurer of this international organization, created in 1933 and based here in Geneva, Switzerland. Later I will give my first presentation chairing the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, which has me honored and, above all, committed to delivering the best results for the UICC and, of course, for the improvement of cancer care at a global level. I will continue informing.”
