Juan Valle: Proud to Highlight the Work of Yashbir Singh on AI-driven Medical Imaging in Cholangiocarcinoma
Juan Valle, Chief Medical Officer of Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation is proud to highlight the work of Yashbir Singh, M.Eng, PhD, a biomedical engineer and cancer data scientist at the Mayo Clinic, whose research focuses on leveraging AI-driven medical imaging to improve diagnostics and treatment planning in cholangiocarcinoma.
In a new blog post, Dr. Singh shares how he and his mentors, Dr. Gregory Gores and Dr. Jesper B Andersen, are advancing innovative approaches to increase diagnostic accuracy and guide more effective treatment strategies for patients with this complex disease.
Dr. Singh also participates in the ICRN Mentorship Program, a collaborative initiative of the International Cholangiocarcinoma Research Network (ICRN), ENSCCA, and the Precision-BTC-Network (COST Action CA22125). The program is designed to foster international research partnerships and support the next generation of biliary tract cancer research leaders.
We’re pleased to support Dr. Singh’s work and early-career investigators’ vital role in shaping the future of precision medicine in BTC. Read his blog post: The Dawn of AI Transforming Cholangiocarcinoma Care.”
