Jennifer Bires: Do You Offer Navigation Services at Your Cancer Center?
Jennifer Bires, Executive Director of Life with Cancer and Patient Experience for the Inova Schar Cancer Institute, shared American Cancer Society National Navigation Roundtable‘s post on LinkedIn, adding:
“Do you offer navigation services at your cancer center?
If the answer is yes, please take a few minutes to complete this survey!
The information helps us better support navigation programs and advocate for policy changes that support patient access to care.”
Quoting American Cancer Society National Navigation Roundtable‘s post:
“The ACSNNRT is conducting a brief Pulse Survey on the use of the new patient navigation billing codes – including the CMS Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) Codes and the American Medical Association CPT Codes.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Medicare and Medicaid Services has issued a Request for Information (RFI) in the proposed 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, and your feedback is critical to informing ACS NNRT’s official response.
Who should take the survey?
• All cancer programs, agencies and advocacy organizations that offer navigation services.
Your feedback will help shape reimbursement policy and support the sustainability of patient navigation services. One response per organization is requested. Please coordinate with your teams and submit your response today:
