Whether ambient AI to relieve clinic documentation (NEJM Mar 2025), empathy bots (woah really?), radiomics to predict cancer risk score from normal images, remote monitoring, hospital in the home, GPT-4, MEd-PaLM2 that can score nearly 90% on USMLE, rapid deep digital path like poh sheng JOE YEONG ‘s H&E2.0, digital cell twin, large scale drug development with alphafold and beyond, empowering clinical trials, faster regulatory approvals, humans and AI surely make good bedfellows.
Garbage in garbage out, bias will shrink with bigger better broader data.
