Project grants in HPV vaccination – UICC
Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The HPV vaccine is one of the most powerful tools we have to prevent cervical cancer—yet access and misinformation remain major barriers.
Across the world, UICC members are stepping up to tackle these challenges and protect future generations:
– The Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services is building trust through a church-based vaccination strategy in regions affected by conflict.
– University of Malaya is reaching indigenous Orang Asli communities in Malaysia through mobile outreach and culturally sensitive education.
Philippine Cancer Society, Inc is using digital platforms to educate girls aged 9–14 and counter vaccine misinformation through their ACT NOW Plus programme.
UICC is proud to support these member-led initiatives through project grants that drive equitable access to life-saving HPV vaccination.
