Anirban Maitra: Pancreatic cancer and glioblastoma deserve more investment, not funding cuts

Anirban Maitra, Scientific Director of the Sheikh Ahmed Pancreatic Cancer Research Center, shared a post on X:

“Pancreatic Cancer and Glioblastoma are together two of the most lethal cancers.

This is not hype – it’s reality. We should be investing more on research in these diseases.

Not ‘zeroing out’ the funds. Trying to understand the rationale here.”
