Elizabeth Ugwoma Awo-Ejeh: Turning Challenges into Opportunities in 2025
Elizabeth Ugwoma Awo-Ejeh, Advocate for Early Detection and Women’s Empowerment, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Intentional Growth in 2025: Turning Challenges into Opportunities.
This year, I’ve committed to being intentional about building my personal and professional brand, which is why I’ve joined the 10-day LinkedIn visibility challenge led by the amazing Busola Odole.
This challenge is designed to stretch, inspire, and help participants start the year stronger.
I’m excited to embark on this transformative journey, connecting, learning, and growing as I step out of my comfort zone and show up with purpose.
As I step into 2025, my focus is clear—growth with purpose.
Over the past few years, I’ve faced life-changing challenges, from battling breast cancer to navigating financial struggles related to my treatment.
These experiences have shaped me into the resilient and determined person I am today.
This year, my plan is to:
- Amplify my voice—raising more awareness about breast cancer.
- Expand my network—building meaningful connections on LinkedIn.
- Develop new skills—improving my storytelling and advocacy strategies.
- Prioritize self-care and balance—staying healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally.
- Get my international passport—opening doors for global opportunities and collaborations.
- Register my NGO—making my advocacy official and impactful.
- Organize a community outreach for breast cancer awareness—empowering women with knowledge and support.
Challenges?
Of course.
Growth isn’t easy.
Visibility requires consistency, vulnerability, and stepping out of comfort zone.
For someone who’s used to focusing on others, turning the spotlight inward is a stretch.
But I’m ready to embrace it.
2025 is my year of intentional growth, courage, and impact.
Let’s rise, inspire, and make a difference—one step, one story, and one bold move at a time.”
