“Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including cancer, affect one in three people globally – posing a major health and economic challenge of our time. 
With many international high-level discussions on NCDs, this year presents important opportunities to accelerate the research, quality and accessibility of cancer treatment.
ECO President Dr. Dégi László Csaba was pleased to be part of conferences ahead of 4th UN High-Level Meeting on NCDs and Mental Health.
The European Cancer Organisation will continue to work with experts and patient representatives across member states to ensure quality cancer care becomes a reality for every citizen.”
