Debra Patt, Chair of the AI Task Force and a Board Member for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), shared a post on LinkedIn by The US Oncology Network, adding:
“Excited to kick off ASCO 2025 with Douglas Flora, Ravi B. Parikh to discuss AI in cancer care. We will be discussing some of the active work American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) is doing and CDST in practice, research, and practical applications. I will be giving some examples of the work we are undergoing at Texas Oncology, The US Oncology Network, including the hard work of change management.”
Quoting The US Oncology Network’s post:
“We’re excited to be here at ASCO25! Stop by and see us at booth #35093 to discuss how precision medicine, clinical trials, and advanced technology can support better patient outcomes.
And don’t forget to join us today at 1 PM CDT in S100bc or via livestream for a special session with Debra Patt on the use of AI in cancer care. Dr. Patt will discuss ASCO’s use of AI, the NCI’s prioritization of data science as part of the cancer journey, and how practices can seamlessly integrate AI into their operations.
Together, we can make sure that Cancer Doesn’t Stand A Chance.”
