Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer is on the Rise and Often Missed – IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center
IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Young-onset colorectal cancer is on the rise—and often missed.
Adults under 50 are being diagnosed with colorectal and gastrointestinal cancers at increasing rates, often at more advanced stages.
The Young-Onset Colorectal and Gastrointestinal Cancer Program at IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center is the first in Indiana tailored to patients under 50.
We’re combining research, innovation, and care to support younger adults through every stage of cancer.
