“What a weekend at Wild Dunes Resort for the Carolina Cancer Conference!
The energy was high from start to finish, and it truly felt like our best meeting yet.
We kicked things off with an incredible keynote from Jennifer Goldman on the digital future of oncology – a perfect way to set the tone.
The Fellows Jeopardy was both intense and fun – big congrats to Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and the poster presentations gave us a glimpse at a very bright future for cancer care.
Sessions were engaging, discussions were thoughtful, and the networking was top-notch. Last night’s reception was family-friendly even the kids left with some swag! Between the connections made and some heated cornhole competition that had everyone sweating…literally!
While I’m usually a Yeti fan, I’ll admit the Stanleys were the real MVPs of the weekend!
Huge thanks to the NCOA and SCOS Boards, our speakers, supporters, and attendees for making this such a meaningful and memorable event.
Already looking forward to next year and how we are going to top this!”
