In this video, I want to share 11 Lessons Cancer Taught Me, after 11 years of being diagnosed.
Since then, I’ve not only learned to navigate my own journey but also had the privilege to meet amazing cancer survivors from all over the world. In my latest video for MANO Survivors, I share 11 important lessons I’ve learned—about mental health, stigma, culture, and even finding beauty in the connections we create as survivors. These lessons have shaped the way I see life, advocacy, and how we can support one another.
