“Andy Feinberg has an interesting study profiling the epigenetics and transcriptomics of acinar ducal metaplasia (ADM) in a KLF4-driven model, sans KRAS mutation.

The study shows persistence of “epigenetic memory” following an ADM transition state.”

“DNA methylation memory of pancreatic acinar-ductal metaplasia transition state altering Kras-downstream PI3K and Rho GTPase signaling in the absence of Kras mutation.”
