AACR Statement on the New Administration’s Recent Executive Orders and Policy Proposals
American Association for Cancer Research shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The AACR is increasingly concerned about the impact of the new administration’s numerous Executive Orders and policy proposals on the various agencies that are part of the Department of Health and Human Services, most especially NIH, FDA, and CDC.
While the full impact of these actions is still unclear, we are gathering information, collecting examples of how the orders are affecting the broader cancer research community, and monitoring how the administration responds to their self-imposed early February deadlines.”
