“Last week HANCA Chair A/Prof Puma Sundaresan had the opportunity to speak on Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) ABC Radio Sydney Mornings with journalist Fran Kelly about Head and Neck Cancer.

Puma talked about the different types of Head and Neck Cancer and the rise in HPV related throat cancers and oral cancers in young women. The interview was a good opportunity to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of Head and Neck Cancer and to reminder listeners about the importance of talking to their GP or dentist if they had any concerns given there is no screening for Head and Neck Cancer.”
