“As a physician and now as an organizational leader, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of loneliness on health.
That’s why I appointed the world’s first Chief Togetherness Officers at SCAN (Lisbeth Briones-Roberts) and CareMore Health (Robin Caruso).
Our work is featured in the new book by Kasley Killam, The Art and Science of Connection.
As I shared with Kasley, loneliness is deeply cultural and embedded in our society. Healthcare alone cannot fix it. We need a social movement.”
