St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, made the following announcement on LinkedIn:

“Construction is underway on two new 15-story buildings that will serve as the Outpatient Clinic and Clinical Office building. Some 470 concrete trucks recently brought 40,000 pounds of concrete to campus to form the foundations of the new buildings. On the final pour, the trucks will have delivered 18.8 million pounds of concrete. The construction, which is expected to last several years, is part of our Strategic Plan that earmarks $2.3 billion toward new construction and renovation so that St. Jude continues to offer best-in-class facilities for patients, their families and our staff.
