• Remote patient monitoring enhances safety.
• Outpatient criteria: Decreased tumor bulk, early referral, ECOG PS 0, low inflammatory state, and caregiver compliance.
• Caution with older patients with reduced capacity, cardio/renal/lung complications, CNS involvement, autoimmune/neuro conditions, and inadequate caregiver support.”
