Dan Landau: We developed (scG2P) for targeted co-capture of DNA and mRNA with Mission Bio!
Dan Landau, Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, made the following post on X:
“New pre-print!
In collab. with Mission Bio, we developed single-cell Genotype-to-Phenotype (scG2P) for targeted co-capture of DNA & mRNA!
We explore esophagus clonal mosaicism, defining clonal structure the phenotypic impact of somatic drivers.
These data revealed that clones are biased in their differentiation, showing, in primary human samples, that common drivers (e.g., NOTCH1) support stalled differentiation as driver of clonal outgrowth”
