Maite Gorostegui is a Pediatric Oncologist at Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu and an extracranial solid tumor expert. Gorostegui specialises in treating children and adolescents with various cancers and focuses her research particuon neuroblastoma, germ cell tumours, nephroblastoma, and rare cancers. She serves as Chair of the SIOP Global Mapping Programme and collaborates as co-lead for the Group of Hereditary and Rare Tumors on the Cure4kids platform in Latin America.
