“A great visit to the amazing Louisiana Cancer Research Centre (LCRC). I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Louisiana Cancer Research Center in New Orleans, where I met with an incredible group of scientists. .

It was inspiring to engage with such brilliant minds, including Drs. Maria Sanchez-Pino, Forhrul Hossain, Qiang Shen, Hari Koul, Lucio Miele, Krzysztof Reiss, Jovanny Zabaleta, Bolin Liu, and many others.

I also had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Joe W. Ramos, the center’s director and Chief Executive Officer, who is dedicated to advancing the center’s mission toward achieving an NCI designation.

A special thank you to Dr. Suresh Alahari and the organizing team at LSU for the warm invitation. It’s an exciting time at the LSU Cancer Center, as they are currently expanding their team and looking for both senior and junior-level faculty members.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in the field of cancer research.”
