“During the last week in Moldova we discussed a lot about childhood cancer, what are the challenges both on national as well as on regional level, and what can be done to meet them.

Moldova was priviledged to host the Regional Meeting of the St.Jude Global Alliance on Childhood Cancer, a platform uniting professionals as well as foundations providing support to hospitals where children with cancer are treated.

Such events offer an outstanding opportunity to seek new solutions and set new milestones on this incredibly difficult pathway of providing all necessary support to help as many children as possible beat cancer.

Despite all difficulties, drawbacks and prejudices we at “Asociația Obștească „Viața fără leucemie” will not stop, until the children in Moldova will be offered access to the treatment they are entitled to, and big thanks to all our friends at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – ALSAC as well as thanks for support we receive from our peer foundations in Romania “Daruieste Aripi“, “Dăruiește Viață“, Poland “FUNDACJA HEROSI“, “Fundacja Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową” Armenia “City of Smile Charitable Foundation“, Ukraine “Tabletochki CF“, Spain “Fundación Aladina” and many more!”
