“The optimal management of oligometastatic Esophagogastric Cancer is not established according to the available scientific evidence.

The patient diagnosed with this condition should be allocated to palliative treatment by published evidence (systemic treatment), while most of oncologist believe that some patients should be directed to curative approach (surgery etc.).

We have tried to summarize the European perspective in OMEC-4 survey just published in The European Journal of Cancer (EJC). Thank you for inviting is to be a part of it.”
