We reviewed the available evidence regarding ICI use in patients with frailty.
Take home points:
- The available studies mostly used ECOG as a frailty surrogate.
- No increase in irAEs with frailty.
- Shortened OS in frailty-Mechanism.
- Need for more studies incorporating CGA to assess real impact.”
