What do you think, do we need more mentors and more attentive mentees in oncology? – Małgorzata Osmola

One would think that only people with a long white beard should talk about mentoring. In this e-ESO podcast, I discuss my perspective on mentoring, from when I entered med school to finishing my Ph.D. I was a mentee, and I am becoming a mentor now.
