“When to think about Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma for patients with an incidentaloma:

  • Nodules >4cm or growing
  • Suspicious features
    (high HU, low AW<60%, irregular borders)
  • Steroid hormone high levels
  • Hereditary syndromes (MEN1, FAP)

Look at stage and imaging.
R0 resection is the only chance of cure.”
