“Context matters. Risk of T cell lymphoma with CAR-T: Low. Exceedingly rare. Risk of MDS with cilta-cel: Numbers are small- but appears fairly high/concerning. Our patients deserve truth and informed consent. Not downplaying and a false sense of reassurement.”
