“I had the privilege of participating in the webinar on the Cost of Health Care and Drugs organised by CC4IEU. We explored the economic aspects of healthcare delivery and pharmaceutical expenditures, with a special focus on the Right to be Forgotten (RTBF) for cancer survivors. And a special thanks to Marianne Massart for her extremely relevant testimony.
One key topic I discussed was the 20 million EU citizens who survive cancer and need ongoing support. While cancer survival rates are improving, survivors often face a new set of challenges: financial discrimination.
