“ASH23 Great presentation by Dr Gangat! Presenting Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center data on AML pts Rx with VEN+HMA.
Favorable response seen with DDX41, NPM1, IDH2m.
Unfavorable response with TP53, FLT3 ITD and RUNX1m. Many of these patients would have stayed stable off therapy for years.”
