From dedicated researchers and compassionate clinicians to passionate advocates and resolute survivors, women play an essential role in shaping the future of oncology.

Breaking Barriers and Leading Change:

While the road has not always been easy, women in oncology are at the forefront of transformative research, advancing treatments, and advocating for equitable access to care. Yet, it pains us to acknowledge that gender disparities still exist as women are often underrepresented in leadership roles, as principal investigators in clinical trials, and within key decision-making bodies.
