“New study out! Early (2nd-line) vs late (≥3rd-line) CAR-T in LBCL. While early CAR-T trended toward better OS (82% vs. 71%, p<.048), relapse remained high in both (37% vs. 43%, p=.2), challenging the idea that earlier use overcomes resistance. ”
