“I’m proud to share that I’ve successfully completed Module 2 of the Cancer Survivorship E-Learning Series: ‘Late Effects of Cancer and Its Treatments: Managing Comorbidities and Coordinating with Specialty Providers’!
This module has been an incredible learning experience, deepening my understanding of:
- The long-term effects of cancer and its treatments.
- Strategies to manage comorbidities in cancer survivors.
- Best practices for coordinating care with specialty providers to ensure holistic, patient-centered support.
As someone passionate about improving cancer survivorship care and cancer navigator, I’m excited to apply these insights to better support survivors in their journey toward long-term health and well-being.
